Crates, cartons and boxes
An essential part of moving and storing your belongings are of course crates,
cartons and boxes and getting everything into them!
Most removal companies will offer you to buy boxes off them or lend them
to you for an amount of time. Depending on your circumstances you might
want to keep some of your belongings in boxes, or you might need the boxes
not
to move, but as a means of storage.
Many storage companies sell boxes in various sizes; choose one of the smaller
models if you are packing books and magazines as these boxes very quickly
get too heavy, both for yourself and for the removal men.
You could also look for boxes at your local supermarket, but these will
usually not have the easy close/open mechanics that proper removal boxes
have.
