Notes on accommodation
In summer the property is managed by La Herradura Property Management, who speak English and will deal with any problems.
The villa is set in a rocky, sloping plot of 2,400 square metres with trees and shrubs, surrounded on three sides by protected natural park, which contains wild goats. On the fourth side it is separated from the access road by a high wall. There is little traffic since there are only two further houses to the end with gates which can be used for off road parking.
The swimming pool is about 12m x 3m and a maximum of 2 meters deep.
The nearest beach is Cantarijan which has two restaurants and is about 2 kms away. Part of it is naturist.
The coast between Cerro Gordo and Nerja is a protected natural park, with several beautiful beaches.
In the other direction, La Herradura has a good, safe beach with many bars and restaurants.
Malaga airport is about 80 km, and the journey takes about an hour, mainly on motorway.
La Herradura is 3kms
Nerja and Almunecar are both 15 kms.
