For lovers of beautiful scenery, Villanueva del Trabuco is hard to beat ?? olive groves, mountains and tranquillity. Casa Jerel is situated on a pedestrianised street with spectacular views from the house and upper terrace across the rooftops to the Sierras de Jobo and San Jorge. Within a few minutes walk are banks, small shops and supermarkets, traditional bars serving free tapas AND the new village swimming pool. (Open July and August). There are wonderful views from the front door and the main bedroom as well as the ouside open and covered areas.

KitchenFull gas cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster. There is a good-sized cool box for taking on picnics and visits to the beach. The kitchen was installed in June 2003 and has plenty of cupboard space. There is a good sized pine table and chairs.
Living roomsThe lounge has 2 comfortable 2 seater sofas, a coffee table, side table, halogen uplighter with reading lamp, TV (Spanish stations only)video, DVD and a portableCD/cassette/radio. A ceiling fan is provided for the summer months and a gas heater for the winter months.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid serviceThe house is fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival. Bathroom towels and bed linen are provided for each full week of your stay. Beach towels are available for hire for a nominal charge.

There are 2 small outside areas. The covered area has the wonderful mountain views. The uncovered area is very private.The garden furniture consists of a table, 4 chairs, a parasol and 2 sun loungers. The newly built village swimming pool is less than 15 minutes walk away (Open July and August).
The nearest beaches are at Malaga and Torremolinos - approx 45 minutes drive. The beaches at Nerja are a wonderful mountain drive away - approx 90 minutes drive.
Malaga airport is 45 minutes away on excellent roads. Granada airport is 45 minutes away on dual carriageways

Further details
There are plenty of very reasonably priced restaurants both in the village and on the outskirts - all within walking distance. The village has full facilities -banks, shops, Post Office and supermarkets. The village swimming pool is 15 minutes walk and is open throughout July and August
