The apartment is ideally located for beach lovers and golfers alike. The nearest beach, only 5 to 10 minute walk away, has a superb 'chiringuito' (beach bar/restaurant). There are many golf courses in the area surrounding the apartment, most only 5 to 10 minutes driving distance. The development has been built just off the road leading to the unique Selwo Adventure Park where wild jungle animals are reared and protected. The park is a recommended them park and should be visited. There are many other sporting and leisure activities available such as tennis, crown green bowls, horse-riding and many water sports. About 15 minutes drive away is the renowned Puerto Banus - playground of the rich and famous, where you can sit and enjoy a reasonably priced coffee or ice cream while you are people-watching. Also in the Port and in Marbella town there are superb shops which during the summer stay open until late at night allowing you to shop till you drop if that is your pleasure.

Included in rental charge is cleaning between lets and all linens and towels. Linens and towels are changed after 7 days for lets over 10 days and under 4 weeks. Additional cleaning during rental can be arranged at 10â?¬ per hour.
Notes on accommodation
Our managing agent is a lovely English lady who has lived in the area for many years. The development also has a concierge who is South African and is very helpful. Most of the full-time residents are English and very friendly.
Main terrace accessed from living room. It has two sun-loungers and a large glass topped table with six chairs. There is ample outside lighting and a ceiling fan. The smaller kitchen terrace has a round table and four chairs. There is a large communal garden and good sized swimming pool. Gymnasium with 3 fitness training machines. Sauna with shower. Table tennis table. Football table.
10 minutes walk, 3 minutes drive to the nearest beach. Excellent beach bar/restaurant. Other beaches with restaurants easily accessed by car or on foot .
Gibraltar is the nearest airport (about 30 mintes drive). Malaga is the usual airport used and this is 40 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended although we have had clients who have not hired a car and have been very happy to walk and use the local buses and taxis.
