Garden and pool area
A well-appointed and attractively furnished two bedroom luxury top floor apartment in prestigious Puerto Duquesa. Overlooking the picturesque marina, it has superb views across the mountains and Mediterranean to Estepona and Marbella. The colourful, palm fringed marina is edged with a range of bistros, restaurants and shops. There is immediate access to a shared pool and good local beaches. The apartment is within easy reach of two local golf courses and the more prestigious courses of Valderrama, Sotogrande and San Roque etc are only half an hour away. Puerto de Duquesa lies on the edge of some of the most splendid mountain scenery and National Parks in Andalucia. The historic towns of Seville and Ronda and the delightful mountain White Villages are readily accessible. For shopping and/or nightlife, Gibraltar and the nearby towns of Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella can be reached within half an hour.

The master bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. A door leads onto a small balcony.
The second bedroom has twin beds, built-in wardrobe and a window onto the balcony.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower over, wash-basin, bidet and WC.
There is a separate bathroom, again with bath/shower over, wash-basin, bidet and WC.
The separate kitchen area is well appointed with fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
The accommodation consists of a large lounge-dining room comfortably furnished with dining table and chairs, two sofas, coffee table and Sky/Digital TV with DVD player.
All linen/bedding is provided except beach towels
Notes on accommodation
The apartment has air-conditioning/heating. Energy costs are included.
The large balcony area has garden furniture and flower beds. The apartment block has its own large pool in an attractive garden setting. A gate leads from the pool/garden area onto the beach. The main entrance to the apartment block leads onto the marina.
Direct access from the apartment grounds to the beach
The main airport is Malaga at 55 minutes drive with easy access and car hire facilities. Gibraltar is nearer at 30 minutes with car hire available from Gibraltar or just over the border in La Linea.
Transport to and from either airport can be arranged at special rates for those wanting a relaxing car-free holiday. Also day-trips to Ronda, Seville etc are available â?? see Special Interest Section.
For those wishing to spend more time exploring inland car hire is recommended.
Approximate driving times by the N340 coast road from Puerto de la Duquesa:
Eastwards - Estepona 15 minutes, Puerto Banus 25 minutes, La CaÃ±ada Shopping Centre (north Marbella) 30 minutes, Marbella 35 minutes, Malaga Airport 1hour 10 minutes (using Peaje sections of E15 motorway 55 minutes)
Westwards - Sotogrande 15 minutes, Gibraltar 30 minutes (not including border crossing times), Tarifa 45 minutes
Using other inland roads, approximate driving times to the following towns:
Ronda via Marbella 1 hour 15 minutes; Ronda via the Gaucin scenic route 1 hour 30 minutes
Seville via Ronda 3 hours; Seville via Los Barrios and Cadiz/Seville motorway 2 hours 30 minutes.
Granada using motorway (including Peaje sections) 2 hours 30 minutes.
The luxury apartments are tastefully furnished to very high standards and are situated in adjacent blocks on the marina front itself. Puerto de Duquesa lies on the edge of some of the most splendid mountain scenery and National Parks in Andalucia. The Costa del Sol generally is famous for its coastal resorts and golf courses all of which are easily accessible from Puerto de Duquesa. Marine activities available locally include swimming, sailing, windsurfing sea fishing, whale and dolphin watching and relaxing on the beach. All amenities are available locally including bars, restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets, beauty salons, fitness centre, pharmacies and clinic, most of which are bi-lingual.
